Defined the product strategy and end-to-end roadmap for TD's first digital disputes channel — no prior infrastructure existed. Drove cross-functional alignment across engineering, compliance, risk, and C-suite stakeholders to ship 3 sequential MVPs concurrently across debit, credit, and co-branded card lines. Separately identified and championed the AIOps opportunity from zero: assembled a cross-org team of 5–10 SMEs, architected the enterprise telemetry and event correlation pipeline, and drove the initiative from business case to live production — now actively reducing operational overhead across a bank processing millions in daily transactions.
Owned product strategy across two simultaneous platform bets inside a payments company processing trillions annually. Defined the vision, north star metrics, and full roadmap for a consumer financial wellness platform embedded inside Fiserv's bank client apps — leveraging Predictive Behavioral Analytics to drive proactive financial nudges at scale. Concurrently owned Notifi, a real-time infrastructure observability product giving Fiserv's C-suite instant signal on critical service health. Managed competing stakeholder priorities across multiple business units while maintaining delivery velocity on both tracks.
Parachuted into a highly technical, regulated domain with zero prior context. Applied first-principles thinking to independently master pharmacy benefits management architecture, then led 3 months of structured discovery with clinical and operations SMEs to define the full system requirements. Drove the strategic decision to bypass legacy mainframes entirely in favor of modern .NET architecture — a build-vs-buy call that unlocked an estimated 40% reduction in transaction costs. Delivered a live, production-grade MVP on time, with trained team and a sustainable roadmap still in active commercial use.
Took ownership of a legacy platform with no roadmap, no documentation, and no clear product direction — while it was actively supporting $1B+ in NBA media and commercial revenue. Moved from zero context to full strategic ownership within weeks. Delivered a roadmap spanning league scheduling, broadcast production planning, and premium commercial inventory tied directly to sponsorship contracts and broadcast windows — making this a direct revenue-generating product, not just an operations tool. Joined as the founding product voice on a startup with a business concept and no product. Applied structured discovery across 3–6 months with legal domain SMEs to translate complex court filing rules, creditor workflows, and document management requirements into a coherent system architecture. Defined product strategy, wrote the foundational PRDs, and drove the platform from whiteboard to live production handling real bankruptcy cases under court deadlines. Primeclerk became the industry standard, was acquired twice, and is now a core revenue asset inside Kroll — a business valued at $1.8B.
Engaged directly by J&J's global C-suite to solve a fragmented 300-person division operating across multiple continents with inconsistent workflows and no unified operating model. Led structured discovery across geographies, rebuilt core processes under a single framework, and drove full global adoption against significant organizational resistance. Co-designed a validation-aware JIRA and Confluence configuration with Atlassian — purpose-built for FDA-regulated pharma delivery with full audit trail support across 300+ users in a CSV-controlled environment.
